This Privacy Policy governs the mobile application "Fast Food Hero" (the "Game") developed by Louis O'Carroll ("we", "us", or "our"). The Game is an arcade-style application designed for entertainment.

1. Information You Provide and Data We Collect

Our Game does not require any account creation, login, or registration. However, we collect a minimal amount of data explicitly for gameplay and leaderboard verification features:

High Score Leaderboard & Unique Identifier: When you achieve a high score, you may be prompted to enter a custom text name (up to 20 characters) to be displayed on our public leaderboards. Along with your final score and text name, the Game generates and sends a random, unique device identifier (UUID) to our secure servers. This ID does not contain any personal information and is used solely to verify score ownership for data deletion requests.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, moderate, and permanently delete any high score entry from our servers at our sole discretion if we determine that the chosen 20-character name contains profanity, offensive language, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Important Notice & Rules: The 20-character input box is intended solely for a nickname or display name. Do not enter any personal data (such as your real full name, email address, phone number, or physical address) into this box. Any information you type into this field becomes publicly visible. Furthermore, entries containing inappropriate, rude, or offensive text will be deleted without warning as we see fit.

2. Information Collected Automatically via Third-Party Services

While we do not personally collect or track your personal information, the Game uses third-party advertising services that automatically collect data from your device to display advertisements.

We use Google AdMob to serve ads in the Game. Google AdMob may collect and process data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which may include:

Device Identifiers: Such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
IP Addresses: Used to estimate the general, coarse location of the device.
Diagnostic Data: Such as crash logs, app launch times, and performance analytics to ensure stability.
User Interactions: Data regarding how you interact with the advertisements shown.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

The text names and high scores sent to our servers are retained indefinitely to maintain the integrity of the high-score boards, subject to the moderation rules described in Section 1. If you accidentally submitted personal information or wish to request the removal of a high score linked to a specific text name, please contact us at the email provided below.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Game is not intentionally directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered personal info into our high-score box, please contact us immediately so we can purge the entry from our servers.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or within the app stores. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
